These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between be99o ("Platform") and any individual ("Player") who accesses, registers with, deposits funds into, or participates in any game or service offered through the be99o website and associated mobile-optimised interface. These Terms apply in full and without limitation to all Players regardless of their location within Bangladesh — whether in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar.

The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in that promotion's individual terms page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino tables with low house edge, or certain fixed-odds cricket bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement — the contribution percentages are specified per promotion.

be99o is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all Players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of every Player, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Where prohibited conduct is identified, be99o reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report relevant activity to authorities where legally required. All game outcomes on be99o are generated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. No outcome is manipulated in favour of the house beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account identified as belonging to a Player under 18 years of age;
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same Player;
• Compliance with a legal order or regulatory requirement.

In cases of platform-initiated closure for cause, be99o reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no fraud is found, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus funds are forfeited in all cases of account closure for cause.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. be99o will attempt to notify the Player via registered contact details prior to applying a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 per month. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

be99o provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Service Availability: While be99o strives to maintain continuous platform availability, the Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. be99o will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible via the platform's notification system.

Financial Losses: Gambling involves risk. be99o is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Players through participation in games or sports betting offered on the platform. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the Player's own risk. Past game outcomes do not guarantee or predict future results.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome — including disconnection during a live dealer session, a software error producing an incorrect payout, or a data feed failure affecting a live betting market — be99o reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. be99o is not liable for losses resulting from such technical issues beyond the return of the original stake.
